It could be that continued dietary changes would provide an improvement. There is no doubt that a healthy diet is essential for maintaining your appearance, especially when combined with the use of nourishing skincare products.

Ideally, your daily diet would consist of salmon and other protein-rich foods. Various fruits and vegetables should account for a major portion of your diet, because of the antioxidants they provide. Vitamin C for example is a necessary co-factor for the body to produce strong collagen fibers, responsible for the skin’s firmness and flexibility.

Dermatological researchers have found that in newly diagnosed cases of acne, there are usually low blood levels of the vitamins A and E. Vegetables are the best sources of those vitamins.
